What do I need to have ready before we start?
Your logo if you have one, some photos, and a rough idea of what each page should say. If you do not have those, we will help — writing the words is part of the Growth and Commerce packages.
Can I update the website myself afterwards?
On the Growth and Commerce packages, yes. You get a simple editor for text and images, and a short training session so you are not guessing.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
No. Half to begin and half on launch for Starter. Growth and Commerce are split across three milestones so you are never paying far ahead of the work.
What if I need more pages than the package includes?
Extra pages are priced per page and quoted before we add them. Nothing gets added to your invoice without you agreeing to it first.
Who pays for hosting and the domain name?
You do, and you own both. We set them up in your name so you are never locked to us. We will discuss the hosting options and their current costs with you.
Will the website show up on Google?
It will be built correctly for search — fast, structured, and readable by Google. Ranking for competitive terms takes ongoing work, which we can quote separately rather than promise for free.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
You message us and we fix it, at no cost during your support window. After that you can pay per fix or move to a monthly plan.
Can you redo a website I already have?
Yes, and often that is cheaper than starting over. We will look at what you have and tell you honestly whether it is worth rebuilding or repairing.
